Payment & Refunds

Paid subscriptions are billed according to the chosen plan. All paid plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. You may also delete your account at any time (Profile → Manage Account → Delete Account, or noxaro.app/delete-account) — your account is deactivated immediately, kept for 30 days in case you change your mind, and permanently erased after that unless you sign back in.

Limitation of Liability

Noxara VPN is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
